Tempe Metro

This project was separated into two phases. As part of the first phase we built out approximately 5,500 sf of shell space. This space consisted of a new fitness center and leasing office. The space received all new finishes which included a showpiece flooring pattern, feature wall with artificial turf and inset TV and full height glass wall at the fitness area. The lighting and HVAC systems were also upgraded to serve the new spaces. The second phase of the project was a renovation of over 10,000 sf of existing space. The existing area was completely demolished to make way for new construction. A new kitchen was created to serve the social areas adjacent to it. The social areas include a fireplace area, private reading rooms, conference room, indoor bocce ball, darts, pool table and putting green. The finishes in this area were upgraded as well including new flooring and a specialty acoustical ceiling system. This portion also received a large electrical upgrade including the creation of a new electrical room.
