IBEW – Local 769

This project was a 6,000 sf of an existing mixed use space within the IBEW union hall building. The existing space was demolished back to structure. The buildout included new restrooms, refreshment area, private offices, conference rooms and entry lobby. The exterior of the building was upgraded with new glass block features as well as storefront windows and entrance system. As part of the project numerous existing systems were also refurbished include the evaporative coolers in the warehouse and a full LED lighting retrofit throughout the 20,000 SF union hall. The new buildout has the flexibility to be further subdivided for the needs of the potential future tenants.
