Honeywell – Building 102

This 19,000 sf renovation of interior warehouse space included major demolition of existing walls, doors/frames and metal siding.

New walls, ceiling finishes, mechanical equipment, automatic sprinkler system, process piping equipment and utility infrastructure were also included in this scope. The existing roof was upgraded to house new equipment.
