Honeywell – 503 Cafe

A 4300 sf, multi-phase renovation and expansion of the existing cafe and addition to exterior shaded patio. This project was completed while the cafeteria remained operational to Honeywell employees. The interior café was expanded to accommodate a larger population.

The new open concept included mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades as well as all new interior finishes. Exterior patio included all new railing, overhead fans, new tile and complete landscape renovation.
