Ensign – Catalina Care Therapy Gym

2500 sq ft addition to an existing assisted living / skilled nursing facility. The addition was tied into the existing building at an existing exterior set of double doors. Prior to starting to go vertical the new emergency exit route needed to be built to allow for safe egress out of the existing building in the case of an emergency.

The new building was comprised of structural wood framing and prefabricated trusses. The interior included a large open therapy space as well as a therapy kitchen, restroom and staff spaces. The upgraded finishes were selected to coincide with the new corporate standards.
