8,200 square foot (5.5 acre site), metal framed and E.I.F.S. ground up structure with thirteen (13) Exam Rooms, three (3) Procedure Rooms, six (6) Physicians offices, Nurse Coordinator office, Site Supervisor office, two (2) Registration areas, Lab, two (2) Nurse’s Stations, Break/Conference Room and four (4) toilets.  Extensive site work including a retention pond for storm run of, relocation of power lines from overhead to underground and removal of an “unknown” swimming pool located under the new building location was required.
