Valleywise – Peoria

This project included the buildout of 3500 SF of shell space. This work included upgrades to the existing HVAC and plumbing systems as well as expansion of the electrical branch power for the space. A portion of this space included a number of WIC interview/exam rooms. The other half of the space included a large customer service center, office and breakroom.
