Cobre Valley – Superior Clinic

7,000 sq ft medical office building which is comprised of 9 exam rooms, 4 ADA bathrooms, 2 procedure rooms, pharmacy, x-ray, reception, waiting room, staff lounge and 3 offices.  This ground up project was located on approximately 5.4 acres and includes underground utilities and earthwork phase to build the pad for the clinic along with 3,284 square yards of paving and asphalt improvements. Our onsite superintendent is responsible for all dust permits and coordination with the county for air quality inspections.
