Guthrie General, Inc. was the Design-Builder on this ground up project, including the development of 5 surrounding acres, underground utilities, 2 drywells, 5 retention basins, parking lot and right of way access and improvements. Our staff managed the SWPP plan successfully through all Maricopa County dust control inspections, no violations, no fines.
